    We are committed to providing 100% satisfaction guarantee for all products to help you get the right equipment to achieve your goals. If you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased, you can get a refund from new balance by returning the product in accordance with this policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, new balance reserves the right to refuse to accept returns of defective or damaged goods.

  2. Return of goods
    All refunds will be returned according to the original payment path.
    After we receive your return and the information we need, it will take us up to 14 days to process the refund.
    The online promotion discount applies to and includes all eligible items you purchase. If you return some products, you will lose part of the discount.
    Return / refund: you can return unopened products within 30 days after receiving the refund, but you need to pay a 20% handling charge. Due to the new quality standards, we have to destroy all returned products. We do this because we have no control / custody of the product once delivered. We believe that even if the product has not been opened, it is unfair or ethical to deliver the product returned by previous customers to you.
  3. Return and exchange service will not be provided under the following circumstances:
